      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at FedWriters (Orlando, FL) in Jul 2022

      Interview

Recruiter and staff were friendly and prompt. Some questions were about how I handled stress and could deal with difficult material. Overall, a fair process and excited to start with the company.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FedWriters (Tipp City, OH) in Aug 2022

      Interview

I was contacted by email to set up a phone conversation. I was then invited to take a skills test. Then I was invited to take the next step with a phone interview with the hiring manager and the recruiter. I was asked several specific questions about my qualifications and I felt that I was being interviewed by someone with knowledge and experience in the job I was applying for. I felt that the process was straight forward and pleasant. The qualifications, responsibilities, and salary were stated up front. I felt that I was able to ask any questions that I had.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FedWriters (Tipp City, OH) in Aug 2022

      Interview

I applied online and was contacted by email first to set up a phone meeting. After that first meeting I was invited to take a skills test. Then I was invited to another phone interview. That went well, so I was onto the next step which was a meeting with the recruiter and the manager. The interview process was thorough, as it should be. The questions asked focused on the aspects of the job, my experience, and there were no questions asked that had nothing to do with the job description. I felt comfortable to ask any questions I had, to include salary and benefits and they were completely transparent with both.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How many years of experience did I have and what do I think my biggest challenges are?
