1 hour long interview with 4 people who asked basic behavioral questions: tell me about a challenge you faced, etc. It was very basic and pretty easy, just try to focus on your work experience

Excellent process. I applied online, and was contacted by a recruiter a little over a month later. We set up a time for a phone interview with two hiring managers a few days later. The phone interview was about 30 minutes and included situational and economic questions. I received a call for an in-person interview the next day. The in-person interview was a week later with two hiring managers. They were very friendly and personable and asked mostly questions about my experience and how I would approach certain problems. I received an offer about 3 weeks later. This was by far the most professional interview process I have been a part of. The only downside was that it took a little longer than expected, but many government jobs do.
