Initial phone interview, 15 minutes, very casual. Two other rounds of interviews following, one with the hiring managers and one with a panel of people with whom the position would work with closely. After the phone interview, I was informed that I moved on to the second round of interviews and offered a selection of interview times for a video interview with the hiring managers. I responded quickly and received no response for a week, upon following up, I received a google calendar invite verifying the time. The interview went fine and the hiring managers were very nice and easy to talk to, however I definitely did not give the best answers. They informed me that I would hear back from them the next week about the third and final interview. I sent emails to the managers after the interview thanking them for our conversation, and received a nice response from one. After that, I never heard back from the hiring managers or anyone at the Federal Reserve Board. I am not bitter about not getting the position, but I feel as though they should have informed me of such instead of ghosting me entirely.
