I applied in-person. I interviewed at Federal Reserve Board
Interview
I had an in-person interview at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington DC.
The hiring manager told me that I would receive a decision one week after my interview. Two months have now passed and after initiating several follow-up phone calls and emails, I have not heard a word back from either the HR or the hiring manager. So I have just moved on without any closure. It would have been a good gesture to kindly let a candidate who had made it this far to know one way or the other.
Applied online and then a recruiter reached out to me. Set up multiple interviews with the total of 6 people.
Interview process itself was easy as each individual took turn and asked multiple questions.
The last interview was with 2 seniors and it was entertaining. They asked me scenario based questions which were also technical.
Its been 2+ months and I have not heard anything from the company or the recruiter. I know I did very well because they all seemed to be asking follow up questions and were in agreement.
Such a waste of time to be honest.
