Interview
The H.R. person contacted me to set up an interview with the manager and another employee in the department I would be working in. The H.R. person was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. She set the bar high. Both employees that interviewed me were welcoming and friendly. The interview was conducted on-line and lasted between 30 and 60 minutes. They explained the interview process briefly, explained they would be taking notes during the interview.
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with another person (something like that, could have been asked specifically about a conflict within a group project) and how you resolved it?
30 minute call with managers (in November), then offer a few months later (in January). Over the phone, pre-written questions. Intern hirer was there to answer questions by phone/email throughout
