Federated Insurance Commercial Underwriter interview questions

The process consisted of the initial 15 minute phone call screening, then an invitation to interview in person. The in-person interview was two hours total: one hour of shadowing current underwriters to see what the day-to-day would look like, and the second hour consisting of answering back to back STAR type questions.
