Interview
Recruitment reached out first to verify the salary range met my need. I had three rounds; one with the hiring manager, one with the sub-team, and one with the executive over the sub-team. All were remote. Questions were logical and expected. I had one practical exercise to submit and was giving a full weekend to complete it.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Feeding America in Dec 2022
Interview
Interview process took longer than initially expected because it fell over the holidays. Every step of the way someone from HR was in contact with me to give clarity on extended wait times and when I would hear back. First interview was with hiring manager, second with a panel of 3 co-workers, third and final was with the chief executive officer of the team. Positive experience overall.

Interview
Was contacted by a external recruiter and had a screening interview within a week. Then had a second screening interview with someone from Feeding America. The interview included maybe two questions and was very conversational, was told I would hear back next week. Never heard back even after following up with the recruiter - very unprofessional.
