Interview process was very professional. I was interviewed by tow managers and asked a series of routine interview questions. During the interview we discussed career short and long term goals, customer services, and my experience in dealing with difficult customers in past experience. Discussed the details of the position and expectations of prospect employees. I was called back for a second interview and then offered the position.
