First was a text pre-screen, and then a call with a recruiter. She asked behavioral questions and also questions that were already asked in the pre-screen. Said nothing about benefits, who I would be interviewing with, didn't provide much info on the company at all.
Next was a video panel interview. Generally felt like it was very impersonal, and lacked depth and was over very quickly. I think they likely didn't vibe with me right out of the gate. It also felt like they were just going down a checklist. One of the strangest interview processes I have been through. Even if I receive an offer, will most likely decline. Call it a gut feeling, but I don't think they would be the greatest people to work for.
