Interview
Extremely disappointed with Ferrara. There was an initial screening call it went great! Had a really great connection with the recruiter and she seemed excited to get me in front of the rest of the team. The second and final round consisted of three one-hour interviews. I thought I did pretty well and became even more excited about potentially working at Ferrara. The hiring manager said they'd be in contact regarding next steps and they seemed to really like me. I reached out to the recruiter for any updates... nothing. Called....nothing. They completely ghosted me. Its so disappointed and discouraging because I held Ferrara to a VERY high standard. I would've chosen them over any other company but this experience was very distasteful so much so I've refrained from purchasing their products. It's a shame.
