Ferrero Digital Project Manager interview questions

I interviewed online for the global position at the head office. It took one month for Ferrero to give me first feedback after the application and two more weeks till the first interview with HR and the hiring manager. The second and last interview with HR, hiring manager and their boss was in 5 days and it included a case study. For the case study I basically developed a global social media strategy. After my last interview I got no feedback whatsoever, even after sending a reminder. I find it completely unacceptable for such large company especially taking into account the presented case study. I got an automatic rejection later 3 months later. Devastating.
