Fertility Bridge Creative Manager interview questions

An initial zoom interview was set up for me. two individuals, including the owner of this small business, joined and both asked questions. They were extremely judgemental and asked strange questions. E.g., when I said I like a diverse and inclusive culture, the owner asked me what that is. When I answered their question of where I see myself in 5 years by saying "a creative director of a content department" he asked what the difference is between a creative manager (the role I had applied for) and a creative director (??) Overall a very awkward and unpleasant encounter.
