I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Festival Foods (Appleton, WI) in Sep 2012
Interview
Very formal interview process with standard interview questions. I completed one interview. Took only 30 minutes. It was an easy process to complete. They also treated me very well throughout the entire process making sure I was comfortable and allowing me to ask a bunch of different questions. I heard back from my soon to be manager within 3 days. I was then hired and started a few weeks later with 2 weeks of formal training.
