They were extremely quick to get in touch with me after I had applied, which I really appreciated. Right away I was scheduled for a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview, I was asked to interview a second time with the same person, and with an additional two employees (one being a manager). I was emailed about my schedule preferences. Each email was very polite, and ended with a "Talk Soon!" They gave me specific days in which I would hear something back from them, "today, or Monday at the latest," but I never heard anything. The communication fizzled - I was obviously being ghosted. Finally got a rejection email over two weeks later after I touched base with them. I understand that people get busy, but I wish that a company built on being on-point with communication and care would be a little more on top of getting back to potential employees about their status, especially during a pandemic with so many people trying to change or find a job.
