Started out great and the recruiter was nice and respectful. Was told I did great and the recruiter would be talking to the hiring manager the following day and I should hear something back regardless in a day or 2. I sent a follow up thank you email and followed up again a few weeks later to offer any additional information they may need no responses back and ghosted. I don’t expect to to get detailed feedback but it takes minimal effort to respond or send an email saying no. It’s just flat out rude to ghost people and speaks to the culture of a company.
