There are five total rounds after the initial screening with the recruiter. I only made it to the second round, upon which I never heard from the interviewer or the recruiter ever again, even after following up multiple times over the course of a month. Definitely an unprofessional experience, in my opinion.

Interview
The interview process was quite enjoyable. My first phone screening was informative and let me know straight from the gate which benefits were available and that I was in the desired salary range. The second interview was decent, but I felt the interviewer wasn't fully prepared. She received my portfolio samples the afternoon of my interview and it was clear she didn't have questions readily available and prepared for me so it didn't flow as smoothly as it could have. I have no complaints about the interview, only about the follow-up. I emailed the individual who did the phone screening to see when I could expect to hear back about the position and if they needed anything further from me and received no response. The second interviewer responded to me on LinkedIn and said "please let me know if you need anything" which was confusing. Overall good, just follow-up with the people you interview. They deserve it.
