Interview
The interview was for the role of Project specialist which requires good technical knowledge on manufacturing processes, product development, prototyping methods, problem solving, and good communication skills. Unfortunately, the company's HR without any technical background was assessing the candidature and it was a waste of time for both of us. I don't have much idea about company's US overseas offices but Indian office culture didn't seem good from a professional perspective.
