I applied online. I interviewed at Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2021
Interview
Got a phone call saying they were interested in having be join their creative marketing team and the initial conversation with Jovana was very pleasant. The next week I had a zoom interview with her and the CEO discussing the position and while both employees were pleasant to talk to, there was no real idea of what I would be doing in the job position and the CEO said he wanted to “make sure I would be an asset” to the team and asked if I would create a marketing plan with ideas for them and also meet with the head of marketing at the corporate office and they would meet with me again the following week. Well after the zoom call, I sent them three follow up emails and even started building a free marketing plan for them. I visited different Fiddleheads locations and was excited to work with them. I never got an email back and I never heard from them again. I think the entire interview process was very unprofessional and I will not be supporting their brand.
