Very straightforward and acquisition manager tries to make it conversational. One of the better interview processes i have went through. Go through 3 different interviews but 1 of them is basically just a check in call before moving to the final one.

There was a phone screen prior to a zoom interview, with emphasis placed on customer services and soft skills rather than technical analysis. Utilize the STAR method to answer questions and connect past experience

Describe the time you dealt with a difficult customer.
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.
