I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (London, England) in May 2012
Interview
this involved meeting pretty much everyone in the office - which totalled around 10, plus phone interviews with staff not in London. starting with the office manager, then I met various managing directors, associates and analysts.

Question 1
what makes you want to work here? why do you want this specific job as it seems you are overqualified
Mainly behavior question + stock pitch, Brain teaser as well. several rounds including panel interview with Portfolio managers and analysts. Deep dive into valuation and financials. Need to prepare a decent stock pitch.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2024
Interview
Did a first round with HR. After the interview, I was told to be scheduled for the next round after working around PM’s schedule. Got ghosted and never heard back for a couple years.
The interview process was a panel review of an investment. Overall, I ended up getting the job, but I don't think they learned anything about my abilities to actually do the mundane job.
