Phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager. the initial phone screen was about 15 mins with a recruiter. she was helpful because she gave me insight as to what they were looking forward. The hiring manager gave me 30 minutes, and had very technical questions. It was easy for me to see the job wasn't a good fit for me.
