Interview
First interviewed with main hiring manager, then met with the rest of the office. Everybody was friendly. They didn't ask any questions on computer languages or microsoft office, and they didn't ask any of those trick questions that some employers like to ask. It was mainly just behavioral questions, talking about experiences and why you're interested in actuarial science/retirement/fidelity.
It was good and I felt comfortable about it
They asked me about communication skills and present some challenges I have gotten. I think I did well on it I am looking to hear from them.

Submitted a resume and a few days later they sent me an email stating the next step....HireVue. Questions were general and basic, but it felt strange to do a 1-way video interview. Rejection email came a few days later.
The process was very fast, but I am completely against companies that use 1-way video interviews.

About two weeks after I applied through my university career portal, an HR person emailed me to arrange an interivew. The interview wasn't very hard. I had two 30 minute interviews on campus, and they were great people to talk to. Questions were typical behavioral questions and resume-related questions.
