Applied online and received an email to complete a KPH Prove It test online within two weeks of applying. Completed that and received a phone call the next day requesting that I come in for a face to face interview. Went for the interview the following week. Very relaxed interview, very straightforward questions.

it was very detailed and long process. All online through email which I wasn't very comfortable with. Not sure if I was communicating with a real person or computer. Also had a sponser who sent me text messages throughout. At end is when they tell you about the money you have to spend upfront.
