I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Chennai) in Jun 2016
Interview
Got the interview from one of consultancy and the first round was a technical. Java Spring, Hibernate and other java related technology questions were asked. Questions were average. They focus mostly on the upcoming new technologies and our experience in that. Second round was manager round. It was more about my previous experience, roles and responsibilities, how you innovate and testing how you adapt to upcoming technologies and then came the final HR round which was more of a self intro finally ended up in salary discussion and the results were announced the next day.
