I did not get beyond the initial screening -- they were looking for someone with more recent experience. I don't really have much else to say -- it was a pretty average phone screen experience.

Fidelity gives you so many benefits if you work for them. They usually undersell themselves. I recommend applying to Fidity’s job offers. It depends on the job but you could work from home or hybrid or in-house. Plus, you get training, intrapreneurship opportunities and so much more.

Interview process was very organized and went great. It was unfortunate that they went with an internal applicant. Great communicators and are willing to put a good word on other Fidelity Investment positions that I may apply for in the near future.
