Interview
Two 30-minute interviews on campus followed by an invitation to interview at the Westlake campus - met with three VP's for 30-minutes each. Questions were resume/behavioral. They provide all necessary training, so you just have to demonstrate competence/intelligence and what sets you apart. Everyone was very friendly and professional throughout the process.

It was a very straight forward interview process. The interviews were very conversational and behavioral based. There were two rounds, each lasting about 30 minutes. Studying about the position will help a lot for those interested in this position in the future.

Smooth interview process. The managers were friendly and the conversation was good. It lasted about 40 minutes of free flowing conversation. The resume was their focus with discussion on different work within the company
