First you have to do their web camera interview, because obviously, their time is more important than yours. They do NOT hire externally, so don't waste your time. You are just giving them their requisite number of "candidates." It's fake. My in person interview went great, one Consultant even said, I hope you get the position. Buuuut....I checked in with the recruiter who told me, we look forward to touching base with you when we've completed all of the interviews. I never heard from Fidelity again - they don't even give you the courtesy of a thank you or letting you know the status of your process once you give them their numbers in terms of interviews on the books.
