I had applied through college. Initial shortlist based on an easy test, which had both aptitude and coding questions. Interviewer was a 50 y/o man who was not at all interested in current technology. He was only interested in old age maths puzzles. He also asked about my favourite topic in Mechanical Engineering. Although this was my major, I had not prepared or applied for a job in Mechanical Engineering.
