Interviewed for to be a contract employee for 401k customer service. I would be providing information and answering questions about customers' 401k plans. We began as a group and met with a manager who gave us a presentation about the company and what the job entails. We then were brought to a room where we did a speed dating interview process. Each person was assigned a manager to begin the interview, and then after 8 minutes, we switched to the next, waiting, manager to ask questions.

I was Hired on as veritude then converted to fidelity three months into my contract. There were three rounds of interviews with two managers in each round. This was after the phone interview. None of these were difficult, as the difficult training courses typically got people to exit if they weren’t equipped for the job
