I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Video interview with questions popping up on screen. Very awkward setting and mostly behavioral style questions. Very easy, but weird style because you are not speaking towards anyone. Overall easy, because the questions were simple. Although, I was not chosen to further interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Mar 2018
Interview
Pretty simple. First, a digital interview that is used for screening followed by a call from HR if selected. Finally a video call with the branch manager or the assistant branch manager or a visit to the branch. All questions pretty much behavioral just trying to see if you can work well with people in a firm setting.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Washington, DC) in Mar 2017
Interview
As an intern, I was hired through Fidelity's temporary hiring subsidiary, Veritude. The interview process was typical in that there were two rounds, with the second being a phone interview, but was atypical in that the first round consisted of an e-interview with no one on the other end. A question would just pop up on the screen, and they gave anywhere from 2-3 minutes to answer each one. The hiring manager specifically said that I got the job, because they could tell that I really wanted it.
