Candidate generation and processing was handle by Fidelity's in-house staffing unit. The initial technical phone interview was conducted by a top-level engineer and clearly defined the required expertise for moving forward withe the interview process. The on-site four-hour interview process by individuals, group, and management was thorough and exposed the limits of my knowledge and experience, but also measured how well I could integrate with the team and the complex infrastructure.
