I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Covington, KY) in Dec 2018
Interview
They are very judgemental of your previous career history. If they find out you were terminated from a job a year ago, they will not move forward with you. The recruiter blatantly told me this even after I answered her other questions. Total waste of time. Run don't walk.

Question 1
How were you able to solve a difficult issue with a customer?
Submitted a hirevue, about 3 weeks later I got a call from them. They asked me why I wanted to work for fidelity and checked out to see if I would be a good fit. Then we scheduled an in person interview but that was basically just to make sure I was good for the job. I feel like I already had it in the bag once I did well on the phone interview.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Covington, KY)
Interview
Video, phone, and then in person interview . Took about 3 weeks total and make it seem like you have to be perfect to land the job even though I have a Master degree and this was entry level. They also are very concerned that you will pass Series 7 and 73 exam.
