Interview
Straight to the point. Good questions. Have history pulled up. They ask a lot of experientual questions and how they apply to your role as an employee. Was a decent interview process through a few steps. I decided to decline becuase I got a job that paid more with more flexible hours

Interview
Though I understand the benefit of using digital interviews, it is very impersonal and awkward for the candidate. Put me in front of a computer screen to talk to myself and time my responses, it is no wonder I might freeze up or stumble. I also am not sure where to look -- at myself? At the camera? It's strange. I don't believe this is a great way to get to know someone. Let's be human with each other and have an actual conversation. It doesn't take that long to make a phone call. If you are seeking a specific personality type like actors or television hosts who enjoy talking to themselves on a screen then this is a great method.
