To be very honest, i am very much interested in Fidelity Investments because of their Areas of Business. That's the reason i had attended the 5 rounds of interviews with utmost respect. But very very very disgusting . Let me be very detailed. I had a HR call and his name is 'Matneez' he called me and asked my current designation, current package before scheduling the interview. I had asked him , do they really have budget by letting him know my current CTC. He confirmed, we have and that's the reason i had asked him to schedule the interview. I had gone through around 4 Technical rounds, every round they had asked my current CTC and expected CTC, I had given my inputs. Each and every technical round went really well, every interviewer given very +ve feedbacks and after these many rounds. Finally HR round got scheduled. HR asked my current CTC and Expected CTC. After giving my inputs , HR said we will get back to you. But Later no one connected with me, and after so many mails and calls. Finally i got to know that they don't even have a budget of my current CTC. My Query is : I had given info about my current CTC from beginning of the process . Each and every Interviewer had asked my details . When they don't have Budget of my current CTC, why they had wasted my 15 days of time by scheduling 1-1.5 hours of interview. I had a great respect for the organization, but post this incident happened, i don't even recommend anyone to attend the interview. They just play the interview game and disappear. This is a Billion dollar company , and Trillion Dollar Asset company but they don't even know how to schedule interviews, how to respect candidates. No Etiquettes nothing.
