Interview
Applied online and got a call from HR to schedule a virtual interview with the hiring managers. The current hiring manager was proceeding on an extended vacation and hence had roped in the temporary hiring manager to sit in. The interview was a complete sham. The existing hiring manager had checked out and was completely uninterested. They literally searched for items they could point out did not make me a suitable candidate. The decision was made probably before the interview even started.

Interview
Two rounds - recruiter screen and hiring managers interview. Nothing remarkable about the process. Received zero follow up post this, not even a rejection. Role was reposted shortly after my interview and has been active for months. Poor experience overall. Go in with low expectations.
