2 step process
-1st round. Initial call with recruiter/HR quick 20-30 minute call making sure you understand what the role entitles what the licenses are and pay/benefit package. Few behavioral questions (use STAR) making sure you can work under stress, and touch highly on sales/client facing roles seeing how you approach situations.
-2nd round. Panel type call with managers or even HR managers a lot more behavioral questions they want to see how you deal with clients and if you can handle tough/frustrated clients. More talk about licenses studying format, day to day in the job once licensing is completed (about a 3-4month) process.

Very detailed. However, my interviewer was very transparent and was willing to accommodate scheduling issues. The process had many steps and seemed redundant at times. However, I personally liked that because it showed me they plan on investing in my career.
