Reported directly to a recruiter. Round one consisted of an hour-long phone screening. If you make it to the next round you meet with one of the branch managers for one 45-minute interview with that branch manager. Those will be conducted via zoom.
Interview was mostly behavioral questions. Had one round with recruiter and one round with branch manager. Asked about my long term goals in the field and what made me choose wealth management. Manager explained the internship was to see if this career was a good fit for me.
