Very friendly, first interview is via phone call. Just goes over general experience and skills. After is a credit and criminal background check. After the check, there is two more rounds of interviews.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
The interview process was quite easy with two steps:
Introductory Call with recruiter - make sure you're a right fit
Call with a team leader - Mostly behavioral interview utilizing STAR method.
Very corporate. Be ready for answering questions in STAR format. Also brownie points for knowing a lot about Fidelity. Obviously there are set questions the interviewer has to ask you. The more you know the better. They are very much wanting you to be 100% all in for working for fidelity.
