I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I was told there would be 9 interviews, including being flown to Boston to meet the President. Honestly, I thought this was a very overly complicated interview process for someone assisting an Senior Vice President. It was for a staff job not a line job, and I thought if they make this so complicated what else will they make too complicated, I was interviewed by all men. I saw no women in the office at all, and I didnt like that.

they peaked out after the 4th interviewer, as how much can you really ask after all?
Interview process was lengthy (took a couple of months) but the recruiter walked me through from start to finish and even followed up after the final interview. Overall a well thought out process.

I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX)
Interview
several phone interviews and then finally zoom. The process took about 2 months from start to finish. The questions were easy and the background check took much longer. Had to dispute what the background check was coming back as because the company Fidelity uses wasn't actually doing the background check themselves.
