I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied online in February 2014 and was contacted by a recruiter in August to set up a phone screen, to discuss the job and whether or not I was interested. At the conclusion, I was set up with a more formal phone interview for the following week. In October, I was called out of the blue for another phone interview, and scheduled for an in-person interview in November. Upon arrival, I joined a group of about ten that viewed a presentation and toured the facility. Each of us was then individually set up with a pair of managers for a 2-on-1 interview. Finally, there was a logical reasoning test, after which the interview concluded. The following week I received an offer of employment via phone call.

Tell me about a time when a customer was upset with a product or service from your previous employer, and how you handled the interaction.
First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.

The job description was nothing like what the said it was. They advertised it as hybrid when it was full time in office. Implied would be customer service when it was sales.
