I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Mar 2018

Interview

Quick phone call and resume review. Not much interviewing involved. The interviewer was nice and positive and seemed to care more about how you viewed the field and Fidelity than about technical skill. I think that might be because their resume review took care of most of that but that's just conjecture on my part.

Interview

The interviewing process was simple in 3 steps. First one way video interview. Second Behavioral phone interview. Third technical phone interview. Most important aspect seemed to be the two phone interviews with hiring managers.
