I would like to share my recent experience with Fidelity National Financial (FnF) regarding their interview process. I participated in multiple rounds of interviews with FnF over the course of several weeks, beginning on January 24th, 2025. The process was initially smooth, with interviews scheduled and conducted promptly: January 27th, 2025: I successfully completed the L1 interview after some rescheduling. February 3rd, 2025: I completed the L2 interview on time. February 6th, 2025: I had the L3 interview. February 11th, 2025: I received an official email confirming that I had been selected and was asked to submit personal and professional documents, which I provided promptly. After this, communication from the company became erratic. Despite my proactive attempts to follow up via LinkedIn and email, I received no response or updates for weeks. After my multiple inquiries, on March 6th, 2025, I finally received an email from HR stating that they would not be moving forward with my application, citing my notice period as the reason—something they were aware of from the beginning. This experience not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary stress and frustration due to the lack of communication and the sudden, last-minute decision to reject my candidature. I would strongly recommend any candidate to be cautious when dealing with the hiring process at FnF, as the lack of transparency and poor communication may cause undue hardship. Lessons learned: Clear and timely communication is crucial during the hiring process. Candidates deserve transparency and respect throughout the interview journey. It's important to thoroughly evaluate the company's treatment of candidates before investing time and energy into the process. I hope sharing my experience helps others make informed decisions in their job search.
