Was brought in to interview via a recruiter, and the process was about 2 months long. I understand that the timing around end of year/new year is difficult to schedule around, but it was really difficult to get a second phone interview organized with the firm with more clarity from the recruiting firm than DiMeo. I was invited to come in for an in-person interview, but I ultimately had to decline; they wanted me to coordinate and pay out-of-pocket my own travel arrangements from out of town (over a 5 hour drive for me) and I would only be reimbursed if I was placed at the firm. I was extremely interested in the role and think I could have been a good fit, but I believe it speaks volumes about a company when they are that cheap when it comes to talent search.
