I cleared the first round, after which I got an assignment, and completed it. Suspiciously the assignment was completely based on their own product, which is the construction material procurement app - and the designer also shared an excel sheet with REAL customer data in it - I mean, that was really weird. I'd be honest, I was desperate as it was a remote role, so I completed the assignment, sent it over, and got a rejection email which was fishy - since no one even scheduled a call to discuss the solution, know my POV or get to know me as a person - BIG RED FLAG.
