Interview
A Fieldwire internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to arrange an initial phone screen to ensure fit and interest from both sides. Next was a phone interview with the Director of Sales to understand my background deeper. After that, an onsite interview with the Director of Sales & Co-founder/COO to deep dive into my sales process and how I would apply it to Fieldwire. The final round was a mock sales presentation over Zoom with the Director of Sales where I was required to make a deck as well.
Multiple stated interview process with demonstration and questions on product in a mock trial. I found it interesting how much they valued product research as part of the process. I met with several manager as part of the questioning

Interview
It was a little long but I'd rather have a long interview process to make sure they are hiring the right people and not bringing in people that don't fit in the organization. The interview was less about answering questions and more about having a conversation.
