1. Interview with HR - 30min
2. Interview with regional sales manager - 1h
3. Interview with other regional sales manager and director, 1/3 personality questions, 1/3 demo, 1/3 candidates questions. (1h total)
The interview process is just 3 steps, problem is that they do not really tell you a specific OTE until you get the offer.
In addition to that HR (which is in California) might tell you something completely different regarding the role or the interview process than the hiring managers (who are in Germany)
