The interview process for me was very easy. First you speak with the recruiter on the phone and it lasts about a half hour. Then I met with branch manager and regional manager about two weeks later.

Explain hard situation and how you overcome it in workplace
If I recall correctly there was a screening call & just one interview. The interview was in a branch, and it was real casual. Really just making sure you have the people skills needed in a customer facing role like this.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
