Interview
It was quick. Sales based and customer situation based. First you interview with the assistant manager if available, then with the branch manager. If needed they also bring in the district manager to help in the decision.

Describe a time when you overcame a rejection at work.
If I recall correctly there was a screening call & just one interview. The interview was in a branch, and it was real casual. Really just making sure you have the people skills needed in a customer facing role like this.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
