Long and unorganized. Recruiter was rude and the entire process took over two months. I went weeks without hearing anything, than all of a sudden they wanted an interview. After the interview, I didn't hear anything for 10 days, then I get an email telling me that I was going to be offered a job the next Monday. The recuiter finally called the following Wednesday with the actual offer.
