The interview process consisted of one interview talking with a director of engineering. The next interview was with a lead developer. Both of these interviews going over your experience and some technical questions about how you would approach problems. The final interview was a trial, in which I spent a day completing a task they gave me in the beginning. This was a paid trial, which was nice.
